amazing hardwood and countertops in new construction.
This new construction turned out awesome! The contrast of dark and light in each room is modern and going with variety creates a beautifully unique home.
Countertops | Flooring
We loved the variety of flooring, tile, and countertops they chose!
By choosing the same flooring on the main level and back entryway, it expands the feel of the entire floor. These are French oak hardwoods in the color Balboa. They’re hand sculpted and have distinct graining and high stability.
The stairs and upper level is a textured carpet in the color Crystal Clear. It pairs perfectly with a range of different colors and is very durable.
Let’s talk laundry room – the LVT in Agate Ash is a perfect match for the countertops’ pattern and color.
Subway tile is one of our favorite classics. It looks great as a kitchen backsplash and looks awesome matched with a black hexagon tile. They even went with two different hexagonal sizes, which really stands out!
This family opened up their previously closed-off and outdated main floor to a spacious, bright, and contemporary space.
The color palette for this home was super cool (pun intended) and allowed for design choices that were different and engaging!
