new quartz, granite, tile, carpet, and LVP transform this home!

The color palette for this home was super cool (pun intended). The main level LVP from Hallmark in Camarilla adds natural features and perfect tones to compliment the kitchen backsplash in Aqua with Touch texture. With a wide range of options, we always enjoy seeing clients choose different countertops from the kitchen island. For the perimeter, they chose quartz in Fossil Gray, and the island is granite in Azul Nuevo.

Adding a cozy path to the basement is carpet from the Finishing Touch Line in Griege. This is one of our several options that work really well with grays or browns (and it’s an amazing deal!). Sticking to the great flooring, we can’t say enough amazing things about the LVT they put in the lower level bathroom. From Engineered Floors, the Shale color is phenomenal and looks great with the granite in White Sparkle.

Let’s dive into the amazing tile options in the other bathrooms. The Hexagonal Cove Storm and Mosaic in White Natural are design features we think are fantastic ways to incorporate design that’s interesting and different – especially enhancing the brightness of the space and White Polished tile in the shower, as well as the granite countertops in Moon White and Colonial White.

Our design team had so much fun bringing in all the flooring, countertops, and tile. We’d love to bring your vision to life, so give us a call today or stop in our showroom!
