We’re at it again with another beautiful main floor renovation! The homeowners purchased this home with a kitchen straight out of the early ‘90s (yes, including that infamous bright gold brass and outdated appliances). We came in and transformed the space to be a bright, airy, open, and modern kitchen that is much more inviting to the homeowners and their guests.

We were excited to install new Hallmark Alta Vista engineered hardwood in the color Balboa with a sophisticated matte finish. Next, we ripped out the old, outdated cabinets to install Medallion’s hickory wood Apollo-style cabinets with a Biscotti stain, including some innovative utensil drawers and a baking center to help hide clutter from the countertops. Finally, we brought in stunning quartzite countertops to add contrast, sturdiness, and uniqueness.

As a bonus, we step just outside of the kitchen to show off the revitalized entryway and living room with Happy Floors’s large-format tile and Mohawk’s Smart Strand Silk carpet.
