Here at the Home Collective, everyone on the team is a Rochester local, so our customers are our neighbors. Neighbors look out for each other. And that’s what we’re here to do.

We aren’t here to take your money and run. Our #1 priority is to create a seamless and positive experience for anyone who walks through our door as we guide them through the process of home remodeling or renovation.

Todd loves outdoor activities like golf and fishing, and he really enjoys music and sports. amanda fordham.

Lead Designer

Previously a social worker, Amanda has spent the last fifteen years pouring her heart and soul into incorporating safety into people’s homes – but for as long as she can remember, she has always had a passion for interior design. She is so excited to now be pouring that energy and heart space into creating beauty in people’s homes. She is a proud law enforcement wife and a mama to five babes. On the rare occasion she has some down time, you can find her with an iced coffee in one hand and a paintbrush in the other, breathing new life into old furniture pieces. Her favorite design style is traditional; she likes to start with a neutral base with mixed-in elements of modernity, coziness, and warmth to create a homey and welcoming feel.

chelsea jepsen.

Food + design are two things that makes her heart beat.

how we started.

It all started with a conversation around a campfire and some late night logo ideas.

Jon and Cordie started the Flooring Collective in 2017 with the goal of bringing a completely different flavor of a “trades” store to the Rochester market.

They’re very excited about the 2020 acquisition of the countertop and cabinet side of the business to be able to offer more to their awesome clients!
